What Is My Primary Leadership Style

I would say that my primary leadership style is participative along with servant leadership. Today utilizing these type of styles of leadership has assisted me with getting the desired work or task done in a proficient and efficient way. Also, I have won the respect of my colleagues. There are times that I might have to put forth the situational leadership because it depends on what is happening and the employee(s) that I have to work with.
In regards to my current supervisors’ leadership styles, my supervisors do a decent job when it comes to working with me. However, I would prefer that they use a participative leadership along with servant leadership style. This would aid in helping me with an ongoing learning and positioning for other positions
