It is enjoyable to me when study at a university with multi-cultural students and professors. What differentiates the students from each other at the AUAF are the racial, ethnical and gender varieties. It is obvious that the students who came from western part of Afghanistan culturally differ from the one who joined AUAF from northern part of the country. From my point of view, diversity in a society, specially, at the university is not only an opportunity for the students to learn about different cultures and demography, but help us to improve the quality of life and education by conspiring of their views and opinions pertaining enhancement of quality education and life. They are great and really respectful people. As I mentioned earlier in above, I have been grew up by a multi-cultural parents and am familiar with the demography of Tajik and Pushtoon’s tribes. Unfortunately, sometimes I face some of the students from different ethnic who are not eager to spend his time or have any contact with others, excepting their own tribe’s students. I also know some of the student that they made an ethnic group and used to spend all of their time together and have no any contact with other classmates. I tried several times to join them as a non Pashtoon classmate, but cannot. It is worth to mention that I have many new friends in the university, which are from different ethnics. I love them, they are honest, and venerable people. It is worth to mention that, diversity cause motivation in a society. If there were no diversity in a society, life would be stagnated, the countries will bogged down and the cycle of development will slowed down. In my opinion, I came to this world to respect others not to confront. Obviously, diversity at the university improves the quality of education, pave us the way to experience new things and have a luxury
