Effective communication applies to almost everything you do in life, and is necessary to be able to do those things effectively. I work a the First Tee of Fort Worth which is a golf camp for youth, we teach them about the core values of life which will eventually help them succeed in life.

It is very important that I communicate with the other Coaches to coordinate how the day goes. Poor communication between us coaches can lead to a very difficult and unorganized day. There are 5 groups of kids split up between about 10-8 coaches depending on who is working, and we have to rotate between those stations on a strict time schedule. We all show up and hour before the kids to to coordinate who is working with what group/who is setting up each
