Reflective learners can use their abilities in work placements because they observe people and reflect them in future problems, for example a child is a reflective learner and has seen a person cleaning a wound and placing a plaster on it, the child would reflect this information when it happens again which is why tolerance is needed overall, because tolerance is needed to understand other people’s knowledge and reflect it for example a person is watching how a mother is feeding her child but the child is crying, the important part for a reflective learner is to watch and learn because the mother might make the child cry but it is for a good reason which is why being tolerant can help however if you do not become tolerant you would not be able
