Texas oil is not very expensive which means that people pay less, and since the state is very huge it makes easier for cars to get around. People pay less for oil, making their life very suitable for them, and they don’t have to spend a lot. The economy of Texas, which is the GDP or Gross Domestic Product, has exported $264.7 billion a year. That’s a lot considering that Texas is all the way in the south, and surrounded by dessert, but it also has a large exportation of cotton. Cotton is produce in Texas, and its how it gets it money from other states, and how the United States keeps their economy stable enough. Texas is also responsible for the production of Watermelons, Grapefruit, and Cantaloupes. Some think that it’s really impossible to grow fruits, but it isn’t since it has its own reservoir called the Lower Colorado River Authority. It has the name Colorado since it reaches Colorado, but the headquarters are in Austin Texas, meaning that Texas is responsible for the filter water that the Colorado River produces, and the company gets paid to keep the reservoir in condition so that any contamination doesn’t reach the rest of the river. The LCRA is also responsible for the electricity that runs the city around it. Texas has two main energy factors electricity, and oil two things that the modern U.S needs. Texas is home to NASA’s Space Center, and also The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza a museum dedicates to John F. Kennedy, and where the assassin of Kennedy stood to shoot him. These two attractions are widely recognizable, but there are more such as the Alamo Mission in San Antonio, or the San Antonio River Walk, both are from San Antonio, and both required a lot of walking around. Bullock Texas is another important attraction since it’s where it keeps Texas Relics, and history dating to back when it was founded. Big Bend National Park is the reservation that the Texas Government maintains to keep since it has the state flower the Bluebonnet. Lastly the iconic stadium each sate has their own iconic stadium such as California which has two such as Staples Center, and Levy’s Stadium, but in Texas the iconic stadium is the AT&T Stadium which can hold a large capacity of 101,000 people, and it’s the home to the Dallas Cowboys. These are all touristic attractions, but now its time to go to the era of the Civil War, and see what was its role back
