I choose welding because this is a passion for what i love to do. welding takes a lot of work and skills to do what the job is capable of doing. A lot of people say welding is such an easy thing to go to school for because they think you have to do melt things together, but its actually pretty difficult to weld things together. the longer you go to school the more of the chance you will be more likely to succeed and find a better job and end up starting your own welding business and have other welders work for you. I believe i will accomplish a lot doing something i love. education for welders must have at least an associate degree they can have the chance to go longer in school but that is just the minimum. welders are tradesmen who specialize in fabricating products like steel, brass, stainless steel and aluminum. Welding skills may be by attending formal courses or through on the job training. These skills can be applied to automotive manufacturing, ship building, and construction. They must have a high school diploma or a GED. some may prefer post- …show more content…
welders are needed in almost every industry their is and those who want to advance their career have the ability to do so with additional schooling that the company will put them through if they really need you for a certain position that they need help in. And you may think the spot they might put you in sucks but most of them you never know what you can experience with that job or even succeed to a better one after you work for that certain position for a while until you are more capable of moving up. you can weld at the bottom of the oceans to outer space and anywhere between. traveling is the most paid and shortage of openings. there is so man opportunities as being a welder you just have to give it a shot in life.
