I also value change as I feel that it is important to always look for more effective and innovative ways to solve problems through continuous improvement projects. Per the personal inventory assessment, I scored as having a high level of comfort when dealing with change within an organization. I also ranked as having a moderate level of creativity. With this being said, I have room to grow in my efforts to contribute to a creative work environment. On the contrary, it is sometimes challenging to be creative in a legal career setting. Lastly, in coping with stress I ranked as having below average stress management skills. I scored highest in being able to find ways to eliminate stress but lowest in coping strategies.
