This is pretty much a Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, but in a team format. I have never heard of this application prior to watching this lecture. However, I think this is something that is important to address. My team is made up with many personalities. Going back to our Myers Briggs results, we seem to be a very diverse group int the sense that it feel like we view situations a bit differently. I know I am a more intrinsic person and others are extrinsic. I think that we have not really set a foundation on whom we all are. For example on the survival ELC lab, we were all jumping leaving the site than actually seeing the pros and cons of staying vs leaving. I think that is one thing we need to work on is what do we want to achieve and how we are going to achieve
