Imbalance in autonomic nervous system will result in stress condition, arrthymias, stroke and even epilepsy condition. (Kishi, 2012). One of the most commonly found disorder is chronic stress. It occurs due to increase heart rate, increases in sympathetic activity by intensifying cardiovascular activity and sometimes it can show heart rate variations. Activation of the sympathetic nervous system results in dysfunction of endothelial blood pressure, atherosclerosis, and resistance for insulin and increases the chance of arrhymias. The hypothalamus stimulates the pituitary gland to release adrenocorticotrophic hormone. The trophic hormone act on adrenal gland to release cortisol responsible in stress condition. The negative feedback mechanism brings the body back into normal condition stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.

This could occur due to the electrical control of smooth muscles and the enteric nervous system which control the gastro intestinal track. The bowel motion at several levels of innervations can be affected. The post ganglionic fibers in the brain can affect the activities of smooth muscles in intestinal area causing contraction which could result in constipation or relaxation of sphincters leading to diarrheal condition. Auto immune disorders like hepatitis, cirrhosis are common in smooth muscles of gastrointestinal track. Vascular tumors of smooth muscles are either malignant or benign. But they are rare. Malignant can develop in inferior vena cava, pulmonary arteries, pulmonary veins and peripheral vessels can develop disturbance in activities of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system results the whole circuit of body in danger. Atherosclerosis condition that develops in blood vessels can increase the tension in blood vessel to increase the blood pressure. (Camilleri,
