Self-Assessment and Reflection
Every leader wants to be effective and prosperous at least that is the very core of leadership. Leaders must first acknowledge his or her strength and weaknesses and find a common ground to abound while in a leadership position. In so doing, the weakness will be overcome and the area of weakness will become strengthen. This is an important aspect of a leader in order to be successful. Reflecting and assessing oneself in leadership is an essential tool that has a future and a present benefit. This allows a leader to recognize the need for improvement and the zeal to develop in areas that are lacking.

The interpretation is that one did well in identifying, perceiving and expressing emotions in myself and others is an area. This aspect of emotional intelligence enables you to read others, understand how they feel, and effectively identify your own emotions. Continually, the personality traits score indicates that one possess characteristics of mildness rather than roughness. It was said that roughness entails contestation, toughness and aggressiveness whereas mildness involves “resignation, smoothness and harmony.” According to the learning style assessment, the result was visual six, aural was nine, read/write was eight, and kinesthetic was six. This was very insightful in such that I learnt that I can accumulate and assimilate better with audio and handouts to read and writing. In addition, the result of values test are as follows; terminal values top most values are family security, wisdom, courageous, true friendship and honest (Vinson, 1977). The major instrumental values result are loving, obedient, responsible, logical and imaginative (Vinson, 1977). This result is accurate for the behavoir have influenced and shaped my life one way or
