Response To Obamacare

The affordable Health Care Act was passed and signed into law on March 23, 2010. The act was introduced by President Barack Obama administration to improve access to affordable health coverage for individuals and protect against abusive practices by insurance companies. The Affordable Health Care Act provides stronger consumer rights and protection, more affordable healthcare coverage, better access to care, and stronger Medicare. The Act also, prevents insurance companies from denying children and adults with preexisting health conditions, putting limits on healthcare cost, and cancelling health insurance coverage due to honest mistakes made by insurance applicants. The Republican Party has adopted the name “Obama Care” to denote a negative condescension towards the Act because of their opposition to the Obama administration. The negativity towards the name Obama care has worked in some aspects and has backfired in others. I believe the different reactions towards the two names for the same thing, is because of some Americans disapproval of the Obama presidency. The questions should be questions that people are willing to answer, the framing of the questions should not appear to inquire about person information. Also, the questions should be phrased so that the question does appear to judge the respondents response, which will allow for a truthful answer. The answer to a question should only require on answer and not contain a double barrel, which ask more than one question but require one answer. Finally, the question should be tested on real people to see how well the questions are understood, relatable, and
