Obama Care Argumentative

First off, what is the Affordable Care Act/ObamaCare and how did this affect people's lives? This was a government owned insurance that was supposed to be ‘providing better and more effective healthcare to Americans’ and more. This was officially passed on June 28th 2010, when President Barack Obama was in office, after 2010 millions of people did save money from their insurance around the country. There were also millions of people who lost insurance and panicked over ObamaCare. Why you might ask? I will be discussing how the ACA ruined other people's healthcare and how it change medical institution health plans. Through this essay, I will prove that the Affordable Care Act was bad for the majority of citizens. How were american citizens affected by Obama Care? One of the biggest problems of this health care, was how the ACA was replacing other insurance plans around the country. An example of this predicament is Kelly More the vice president of “GKM Auto Parts” and Darin Lawler the store manager for the store. Before the ACA passed “GKM Auto Parts” had great health insurance to benefit their employees. When ACA did pass, the plan covered a set list of benefits for places that already had health insurance. First, most people who had insurance under their occupation. Businesses had to shut down their health insurance due to the high expenses from the affect of the ACA and more. Second, the ACA wasn’t planned the best, it could not have had the coverage gap. In which people couldn’t afford insurance at all, low to middle class people and even senior citizens. This essay proves that the ACA wasn’t the best plan and could have been better for citizens in the United States. How will President Donald Trump change ObamaCare? How will he change it to make health insurance affordable for everyone? Time will tell soon
