My 8th grade year towards the end of the year I had a very close friend that I’ve known since the 5th grade. My close friend Zoe had ended up moving to Washington State all across the country to the top left during summer going to the 9th grade. I’ve always stayed in contact with Zoe ever since she moved, and I missed all the times we had hanged out together.
Spring break, year 2018 my mother had let me get on a plane to go visit Zoe to Washington State. I was at the Wilmington airport waiting at the gate to board my plane I was with my mother, and my little sister. to Atlanta GA. and finally arriving to Seattle I was finally done with the plane rides for a day. I met my friend Zoe and her mother at the airport gate and rode with them to downtown Seattle. Zoe took me to some places in seattle so I could get to know the place. Washington sure does have a very big climate change compared to North Carolina because it was cold and chilly. I saw some pretty big buildings and a lot of city traffic.
Once we finished riding around Seattle we went back to Zoe’s house we had to get on a fairy boat which was about a 50 minute boat ride to Burmington the town she lives in. The view from the boat facing towards Seattle was really pretty it reminded me to the time I went to New York. When we had got off the fairy boat we went to the car and as we were driving up and down hills my ears were plugging in I wasn’t used to the drops. We went to many places there, and for the first time I was actually good at Bowling time flew by and whole week past.
My experience in WA. was great, but I missed my family and finally it was time to go home once I saw my family at the airport I was excited to see them and happy to be home. My family after the airport took me out to eat because the food on the plane really wasn’t something to fill you up. I then got home unpacked, changed clothes, and finally took myself to bed that I missed and called it a
