How do you fill up a CamelBak?
Step 1 – Unzip the Backpack’s reservoir pocket and remove the Hydration bladder.
Step 2 – Unscrew the top, lay the bladder on a flat surface, and fill with water or another hydrating liquid. While filling, ice cubes may be added to help keep the liquid cool longer.

Step 2 - For a more thorough cleaning and to help remove any lingering bacteria, add a tablespoon bleach to a nearly full bladder. Secure top, swish the solution around, and then drain. Finally, rinse the bladder well with hot water.
Step 3 – Most bladders can be dried by inserting a crumpled paper towel into the reservoir. For best results, remove top, turn bladder upside down, prop open and allow to air dry completely before reassembling.
