Students do not let stress take over on purpose, but it creeps into their daily lives and slowly take over to where the student is constantly stressed. So whenever the student has several deadlines all around the same time, it will cause the student to become stressed because of the school work. Also, students who have disabilities, such as dyslexia and attention deficit disorder will naturally have trouble in the learning environment which causes them to be stressed. Those students are at a disadvantage compared to the others, because they have to keep up with the other students. Along with trying to make good grades in school, the student will want to develop relationships while he is in the school setting. Doing this may cause more stress added onto what is already present at school. This is especially true at smaller schools where everyone knows each other and is easy for information to get around. Some people have adapted to using this small channel of contacts to spread false information about anything that they want. So if a peer may not like a student, the peer can spread believable false information to the population of the school. Because of this happening, some people may have an increase in both their anxiety and their stress levels. Along with relationships, worrying about money can add a tremendous amount of stress to the average person. …show more content…

If that person is short on money that month due to a loss of hours at his work, he will feel stressed about what is necessary to get with the money and how to budget everything. After the stress from the previous examples settles into a person’s daily life, it will not take long for the stress to build up and start to affect the body. It does not take long for the physical effects such as fatigue, nervousness, and increased heart rate to start and take effect.
