The Landmark London is among the most popular 5 star hotels in London, England . The factor that distinguishes this hotel from other Luxurious London hotels is it’s uniqueness , atmosphere and approach to their little segment of the industry . Their hotel is combined with the fine British sophistication and grandeur facilities including a spa and health club , conference rooms , restaurants and bars and a gymnasium . All of these proving to be enjoyed by the upmarket modern day traveller .
Their mission is to achieve guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations . This hotel is classified as a luxury type of hotel and has received 1228 ‘excellent’ reviews on trip advisor to date . They are equipped with 300 guest rooms and 51 suites. Hotel services include 24 hour room, concierge, valet, IT centre and laundry services .

There are several benefits that come with being a sustainable hotel, some being long term and some being short term cost cutting measures. For example, the Landmark Hotel has 300 rooms and suites included in that number which need linen to be cleaned or be replaced/purchased at a rate whereby it does not affect the SOP’s of the hotel. It would be suitable for the hotel to buy linen that will be re-usable which will reduce the cost of replacing linen and the hotel can merely focus on the cost of cleaning the linen on hand and establish when you will need to replace that particular
