Cain uses metaphor to compare the relationship of introverts verses extroverts with the relationship of women verses man. She also describes introversion as an illness that should be diagnosed. These ideas strongly support her claim that people see extroverts as good leaders and better communalist, and see introverts as shy, quiet and taciturn. But introversion is not a mistake. This trait is what they are and it is the core of their personality. I agree that maybe introverts resembles women living in the men’s world, but the fact of nature suggests that women are strong enough to survive and they play a huge role in society. Women seem to be weak and fragile, but they have the ability to reproduce and they feed children and fulfill the world
