Brief Summary Of Randy's Run By A. K.

One day there was a group of elks. They were going to look for food. There is one specific elk that always like to wander off and his name is Randy. Randy is a very playful elk he always likes to explore for new things. As the group of elks were going to look for food Randy got bored and decided to wander off to go look for something himself. Randy observed that the place he wandered off too was a place that he has never been before. He was thrilled because it was a new place which meant he would find new things. He also decided not to go too far away from the group so he wanted to stay close, however, got carried away looking for new things that he didn’t realize that he had lost the group. Days went by and they never came home. Every day he would call out to his family to see if they would call back, but he would always get no answer so he knew they were far. He comes to the conclusion that he is going to go look for them. He makes a plan that he is going to make a trial so that he will know how to get back home. He wanted to go the next day so that he can get enough time to look for them. The next day comes, he wakes up early and he eats now he is on his way. As he is walking around, he notices some footprints. He follows them because they are his family’s footprints. As he is following them, however they start to fade away because of the rain. He gets a gut feeling that he is getting closer. So he tries to call out to see if he would get a response but he never did. At that point he starts to cry to himself thinking that he lost his family forever. He hears a noise behind him, so he turns around to see what it was but there was nothing behind him. He gains some faith and tries to call out again but again he hears nothing. He decides to go back home. As he is turning the corner, he sees something oddly familiar. He walks closer to it and notices that there were more. He then realizes that it was his
