The safety condition of our program has also raised their concern, and hoped that we are able to work out some plans. The director is working under pressure, she have to deal the board members that request more information and future planning of the after school program. In fact, she will be leaving this program in Fall 2016. Which means the board have to find a new director again. The reduced activity materials lead to the change of many original plan of activities and classes, tutors have to think and re-plan for new activities and classes in order to fit the new budget. More guidelines and cancelation of outdoor activities are good for protecting the children from danger. However, the more regulations for tutors to follow make them more stressed about their duty. There are more restrictions and rules for the students too, for example, must hold hands with the assigned partner, not allowed to talk until they arrive their destination, and never talk to strangers in any circumstances. Thats make tutors and students have to suffer more before going out and enjoy for outdoor activities. The tutors told me that they rather stay indoor and let the students free play instead of going outdoors. The financial management is one of the biggest problem in this after school program, and it affects the numbers of tutors, budget and the numbers of students being accepted. The church board should know and investigate the program 's current situation. The best method in my opinion is either raise the budget of the program or raise the tuition fees(the current tuition fees of this program is very cheap comparing to other after school program). It is impossible to keep a certain quality of service but keep cutting budgets and losing human resources, and the board members of the church doesn 't know about the current situation or consequences happening in this program. Restructure the after school program. The changes of the directors and stuff have also changed the programs ' direction, and in my opinion, a wrong direction. Although making small adjustments, changing activities and adding more regulation might reduce some of the potential risks, these changes can lead or increase other potential
