It is this area that organization like a hospital can be improved by placing right person to fill the white space. Managing of white space entails improvement of organization process like performance.

Every hospital faces business challenges like bottlenecks to backlogs. These problem hinder improvement, exhaust resources, and customer satisfaction is compromised. Many managers have failed because they didn’t realize that smart management is not that costly.
The summary of the findings included patient flow didn’t have system aim, but never had seniors, no clarity concerning system levels, efforts never met the system initiative, and finally competition for limited resources.
