The wait time for patients to be seen by medical practitioners at the hospital takes a longer time than expected for a medical center as big as Jacobi. Most times patients are made to wait unnecessary, even though they need an urgent medical attention while doctors and nurses are seen walking around without doing anything and the constant growth of population around the locality where the hospital is located makes it difficult for the management to meet up with the need of its patients. The Quadra Med has been in use in the hospital for a long time and it tends to slow down the pace of work in almost all the departments of the hospital. Recently, the vendor of the software decides to move to something greater, which will be more efficient and help them in alleviating the problems of their slow computer systems. (F.
