Why is the study of the life of Christ important? Give one historical & one personal reason.
Historically the life of Christ has influenced the western world and personally people believe they live a better life with God.
What distinguishes the 4 gospels from ordinary history?
They were written to tell more than a story of history= to tell the good news.
Why do we have 4 gospels?
To inspire faith from 4 different perspectives that are interwoven.
What does synoptic mean? What are synoptic Gospels?
Synoptic= follows same chronology of events and has same message.
Synoptic Gospels= Matthew, Mark & Luke
