BLOCKBUSTING

Attempting to induce owners to list or sell their homes by predicting that members of another race or ethic group, or people with a disability will be moving into the neighborhood

STEERING

Channeling prospective buyers or tenants to or away from particular neighborhoods based on their race, religion, national origin, or membership in any other protected class

REDLINING
