This is where I had my first hands on experience with the Montessori way. I worked closely with a guide with over almost twenty years of experience who is also a Montessori certified teacher. From my very first day I knew this is something I wanted to do. From there I was able to take everything I have learned and became a lead guide in my own infant and toddler classroom.
