The first thing I will do is that when the staff arrives I will provide them with every detail what is going on here. I will also tell them to take steps cautiously and carefully while assisting the clients to make the environment less chaotic. Hence, take initiatives to prevent the crisis situation for their as well as for others clients safety. We have to listen to the clients carefully and respectfully, giving them choices and remain firm and don’t get manipulated in order to intervene the crisis situation.
