We have investigated your concerns regarding this issue. Our office contacted the office of physician Steven Bowley and spoke with Lucas the Office Manager. Lucas pulled your file and advised Steven Bowley did a new patient evaluation and submitted an order for order for lab at Sonora Quest. Lucas advised us there are no notes regarding any verbal issues between you and the provider. Office Manager sincerely apologizes for the provider’s misconduct. Your concerns have been forwarded to our Provider Relations Department who will provide follow-up and/or education as necessary.
