They do not like to interact with the outer world, which is similar to what happened with the Mills, the main character of the fictional story “Chainsaw Fingers” by Paul Crenshaw. The story starts with Mills, who got one of his legs replaced with prosthetic limb due to a bomb explosion in a war in Afghanistan. As he is not able to walk properly, he shot his other leg to get another prosthetic limb. Later in the story, Mills came across a car accident due to which he lost his fingers. He was taken to the hospital in which his normal fingers were replaced with chainsaw by his choice. When Mills opens his eyes, he found a nurse and after talking to each other, they both started liking each other. After that when Mills reached his house everyone already knew that he has chainsaw instead of fingers and children were amazed by it. The neighborhood kids used to follow Mills because of his uniqueness. However, Mills used to try to ignore them, as he was scared of people. His social connection got finished because of the kids. In the end, the kids force Mills to cut his house. Children parents did not say a single word; they were enjoying the drama. Firstly, Jennifer Percy describes various stories where people are suffering from PTSD due to which they do not want to interact outside world. For example, when Percy write about Joshua suicide, that is happened in the front of his mother, due to that she do not like to talk with people about that day. Many reporters approach to her, but she always give quiz first to solve. Similarly, in the “Chainsaw Fingers” by Paul Crenshaw, Mills just wanted to be alone, “outside, the children were standing the rows, waiting”(317). Mills got disturb and irritate due to that. He shout at the kids,but the kids did not reacted (Crenshaw 317). They were just normal and were actually stared at him. Due to children 's outside Mills’s home, Mills did not go outside of house. It shows that he was so disturb with his life that he did not came out of his house. Both the kids and Mills is stubborn, they both did not give up. Even, Mills imposed the curtains, so that no one could see inside the house. This shows that he is irritated from people outside and do not want to be in any connection with the outside
