While as a new Warrant Officer Junior Grade (WOJG) this may not mean we make policy or operational decisions, but does expect that we provide the command a proven and reliable soldier worthy of his trust and able to handle high levels of responsibility. This starts in aviation with maintaining the company snack fund.
