These virtual teams are spread out, at times making it very hard to find and solve problems; therefore, this process is more lengthy than normal. Develop social time into the team dynamics and start meetings with update on personal events that prompt happy emotions for one another. Lead the team members to discuss their progress on the projects so that each can see, even across seas, what the other has done to contribute to the over all team goal.
