The industry has a variation of products and services offered by the top communication providers, mainly Verizon, At&t, Sprint and T-Mobile. After economic reviews and ratings in the industry the main areas of performance and prices, family plans and metro area coverage were reviewed. According to the Tom’s Guide (2016) carriers review, the basis of this survey was to rank the top industry performers in Quality, Customer Service, Performance and Plans.
The strategic group map was created by analyzing the overall reflections of the various mobile providers from the perspective of the consumers. In 2015, Verizon was recognized as the leading provider in the performance vs single line prices. They had high prices of $65 per line and also the
