The youths are the most important and dynamic domain of the population in any society and country. Reading material on Skill Development published in the form of ISBN Book, and Titled” Soft Skills Development - Special concern to Tribal Youth”. Research person of workshop and faculty members of organizing and participative colleges contributed their articles, papers and presentations.

Overall feedback on various components is encouraging. Such as theme is relevant, Sessions conducted by resource persons was effective.
Some of the key suggestions made by participants,
1. Duration of the programme should be longer to 3 to 5 days duration.
2. Event on cultural exchange programme should be organized.
