How does lymphatic functions during good health and bad?

The lymphatic system works to protect the body to stop it getting an infection or a virus it does this with the help of cells such as lymphocytes which travels in between the nodes through channels called lymphatic, which meet ducts that empty into blood vessels this is how the lymphocytes enter the blood. There are 3 types of lymphocytes; B-lymphocytes (B-cells), T-lymphocytes (T-cells), Natural killer (NK) cells each of these react differently to kill and remove microbes. The lymphatic system is responsible for keeping the fluids in the body clean and to remove the bacteria and the toxins from it. When the body is in good health the system has no problem in working as the lymph nodes

Primary immune system disorders are congenital diseases that are inherited, occur at birth, and usually detected in early childhood. An acquired disorder, also known as a secondary disorder, is one that develops because of secondary causes. These diseases can be because of ageing, malnutrition or certain medications. Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) is caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), which indirectly assaults the immune system. Diseases can also be the result of Improper functioning of one or more of the components of the affected immune system. In addition to lymph nodes and lymphatic vessels, the immune system is composed of bone marrow, tonsils, thymus and spleen.
If the lymphatic system did not function properly the following would happen
Inflammation of lymph nodes
• An abscess usually forms in the nodal tissue if lymphatic is prolonged.
• Narrow red streaks can be seen through the skin extending proximally from the infected area.
Lymphangitis
• Primary malignancies within lymphoid tissues classified as Hodgkin disease or non-Hodgkin disease Breast cancer, Carcinoma, Lymphadenitis, Lymphanitis,

The lymphatic system is vital to our health and very life. Part of our immune system, it provides defense against disease-causing organisms. When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish our tissues become congested, organ function is impaired and our health suffers. Healthy lymphatic system will help reverse insulin resistance (type 2 diabetes), will help maintain optimum blood pressure levels, keep the heart healthy, keep the liver and kidney safe, help good skin and hairs and keep away baldness and aging, keep arthritis away. It also keeps you safe from different types of tumors and cancer. It helps with the glandular system and maintains hormonal balance in the body. It won’t allow virus, bacteria and other disease producing microorganisms to flourish and thus keep you
