Graduates are expected to prepare themselves with essential workplace communication skills upon employment so that they will able to cope with the job scope and working atmosphere on their very first employment. In order to acknowledge this issue, the researcher found out that it is very important to count on what is on the employer’s mind to ensure that the graduates have acquired sufficient knowledge and skills before entering career fields. In this current study, the total of 98 respondents from the management level in soft science and hard science industry have specified their perceptions and views on graduates’ communication skills that have been demanded by the industries in workplace.
