Consisting of so many twisted lies and selfdriven acts, The Crucible is an opportunity to see what a small dosage of sin can do to the provincial town of Salem. After one accusation, how fast will it take the mass hysteria to birth tens of accusations on innocent towns people? Perhaps the people of Salem are too self involved to see the greater common good for others, or maybe it is induced by the pridefulness and greediness that is increasingly thriving through the puritan lifestyle. Sometimes when people try too hard to transcend others, it can result in can deteriorate of their own soul.
