The first two chapters of Genesis from the Old Testament is about the creation of the world and lives on the earth by God. Chapter one explains how God created the world and lives within seven days, which is brief explanation of the creation. Chapter two is also an explanation of the creation, however, it is more focused on the creation of the humans by God (Diffey, 2014). Those two chapters in Genesis contain significant messages to the humans; God is the creator of this world, the existence of Trinity in the Creation, the goodness and the order the world had before the fall . In Genesis chapter 1 of the King James version, the verses always start with “and God said,” which clearly tells us that He is the Creator of this world and He created the world by speaking His words (Genesis 1:1-31, KJV). The existence of the Trinity is seen in the Creation; Father created the world with words, Son was the reason for the Creation, and Holy Spirit was the one who took the work. The goodness of the Creation is also seen in the first chapter of Genesis; every verse after the explanation of what God created, there is always a phrase, “God saw that it was good” (Genesis 1:10, KJV). Therefore, the Genesis chapter one and two are the chapters that tells us the nature of God and the nature of the world before the Fall. The reason the world can be reconciled through the message of the Bible is because God accepts everyone’s mistakes and forgives us. With the proper change from us, we can find our purpose as a whole. Evolution in a Christian worldview perspective accepts change with the respect to God’s presence and guidance. The age of the Earth in a Christian’s worldview is only six thousand years old and was created in seven days. From a scientism perspective, the world cannot be reconciled through the message of the Bible because it is solely on hard facts and evidence. With faith and hope aside trying to identify the world’s creation is different. The only use of a scientific side to find an explanation that seems fitting. Scientism sees the world with hard data supporting their claim for the age of the Earth of 4.543 billion years old. Evolution is the founding steps for Earth and organisms living in it as well. It is the change over a period of time, and it explains the reason for animals evolving over the change in their environment. One’s understanding of the origin of the universe greatly impacts one’s worldview and how they view God, humanity and their responsibility to care for the
