Once one joins an organization like this one, you will obviously feel that you are part of the greater movement, something you haven’t previously experienced in the past and student life or nursing career. This is a great feeling which leads to motivation and higher satisfaction in the profession of nursing. Support: When you join ANA, you are automatically accessible to a personal and professional support system of other professionals who share their same interests and concerns like yours.
