As a new teenage driver in 2017 there are a lot of things you need to be careful and aware of when you are new to driving! If you live in a cold state like Wisconsin you need to be careful about ice and snow. If you live in a hot state you need to worry about tires popping on hot highways. While driving there are little things you need to pay attention to like making sure to stop fully at stop signs and wearing a seat belt at all times.
