Studies have shown that by the age of fifty, the body and mind begin a major decline that is continuously occurring in the body. Creating new driving centers and DMVs could be expensive and lead to a raise in tax, and increased discontentment with the public. However, reevaluations would lead to a decrease in automobile crashes per year and would decrease the death rate and increase road safety. Everyone knows someone who has been affected by, or involved in, an automobile collision. Millions of people die each year from automobile car crashes. It is well worth any cost to save at least a fraction of those lives everyday through increased safety and a change in the driving system.
