The difficulty of cooperation, coordination and communication is far less than teamwork. In a large project team, due to its membership background difference, the difference of character, the complex relationships between each other and to the work not familiar with each other, thus caused considerable difficulties in cooperation with each other. This requires proper communication to build a harmonious team relationship.

The composition of the team consists of two or three students themselves, and the remaining two are determined by the personality test of the project. Generally speaking, the group members in this situation are either complementary or similar. Because of different backgrounds and majors, there are some differences in thinking patterns and ways of doing things.
