Mission Statement: At Bank of America, our goal is to be the global leader in financial services. We want to continue to grow and sustain the capabilities needed to help clients and customers meet their key financial goals. This mission statement is an accurate representation of the goals of Bank of America. The corporation is continuously growing through acquisitions. Bank of America actually started off as two separate banks, BankAmerica and NationsBank. Both of these banks experienced growth from acquisitions separately before merging into what is known as Bank of America. The culture of growth through acquisitions is still in place. The corporation strives to conduct business in an ethical matter on a daily basis. The corporation sees no reason not to do so and expects no excuses. Bank of America is credible and accountable for their actions and statements. The corporation wants to be known as company who does what it states it is going to do. Teamwork is a key value within the company. Trust is needed and encouraged to be effective as a financial institution. Bank of America also believes that respect should be shown to everyone. Moynihan recently became the CEO of Bank of America. Before he became CEO of Bank of America, Mr. Moynihan ran each operating unit within Bank of America. He held several different positions within other banks before finding his way to Bank of America. Charles H. Noski is the current CFO of Bank of America. He worked for 17 years with an accounting firm. He then joined Hughes Electronics Corp. in 1990 as a corporate vice president and controller. From 1990 to 2005, he has worked at several corporations as a CFO. From 2005 to 2010, he has been employed by Bank of America. He has had a long run of experience in his field. Anne M. Finucane has been with Bank of America since 2005. As of 2010, she is the director of global strategy and marketing. She is in charge of positioning and directing the corporation’s involvement in public matters. She also manages all advertising efforts for Bank of America. Sallie L. Krawcheck became part of the Bank of America employment force when the corporation acquired Merrill Lynch in 2009. She is the president over global wealth and investment
