Leadership is an identifiable set of skills that are available to anyone! Leaders often engage in The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership by modeling the way, inspiring a shared vision, challenging the process, enabling others to act and encouraging the heart when attempting to make amazing things happen within an organization. Leadership is about what you do and by following the five practices the more likely you are as a leader to have a positive influence on others and the organization. Followers believe that a leader should be honest, forward-looking, competent and inspiring. I agree that a manager or leader may lack in some qualities but they may gain the qualities they lack within others as mentioned
