1. Alternative A- normally charged $8.50 for each spicy chicken sandwich with the medium size soda, but Reston Chick-fil-a offer $6.50 for each spicy chicken sandwich with medium size soda. Alternative A provides greater cost saving through this deal ($ 2.00 off for each spicy sandwich). CAT management could take advantage o f this deal.
2. Alternative B- charged $7.50 for each grilled chicken sandwich with the medium size soda. Coupons were offered that offered a negligible difference in price ($1.50 off).

1. Alternative A- offered $ 2 off per order of spicy chicken sandwich with medium size soda after 12:00 pm except weekend. It was verified that this alternative would include the addition a few free French fries.

Alternative A- offered waffle potato fries for five spicy sandwich order one free fries, side salad 55 % CAT drivers ranked as their #1 preference potato fries and a side salad. The second alternative also offered side item that drivers consistently preferred: chicken salad soup with 50%.
2. Alternative B- offered waffle potato fries that only 10%, chicken tortilla soup 10% and chicken Salad soup also 10 %. According to the price, cat drivers ranked as the # 2 and #3 reference the side items which maintained in Alternative B.

Delivery Time
1. Alternative A- delivery time promised was 25 minutes. Internet reviews confirmed that time:”How the Mystery Machine makes that time is the real mystery” (Customer Reviews: Reston chick-fil-a, 2015.)
2. Alternative B-delivery time promised was 20 minutes or less. Reviews on the Internet indicated that delivery time was often slower than that, instead of 20 minutes or less it was 40 minutes or more.( “Customer Reviews” chick-fil-a,” 2015)
