Charismatic leaders are seen as those is “who by force of their personal abilities are capable of having profound and having an extraordinary effect on followers” ( House, 1977, p189). They possess a vision that comes along with a vision statement describing strategies towards accomplishing goals and it traps people’s emotion and effectiveness as it provides a sense of stamina for followers by linking the present with a better future. They use charm to get people’s admiration, have a way with words, self-confident, persistent, have strong sense of moral values, extraverted, live what they preach and communicates high performance.
They create a relaxed and suitable atmosphere for their followers by listening and making them feel like they have a say in decision making, show concern, look after their followers’ needs.
