Imagine you are sitting at a desk in school and you start to doze off into dreamland and before you realize it you are already asleep. How can this stop from happening? By allowing kids to sleep in later and starting school later. Starting school later would be a benefit to everyone and everything. School should start later because over 70% of kids don’t get enough sleep and this would help them get more sleep, more sleep can make a person healthier and more focused in the classroom, and over 69% of teens do not get at least 8 hours of sleep a night and over 40% of teens do not get at least 6 hours of sleep a night.
