Star Wars has always fascinated me. As a small child, the lightsaber duels and Anakin and Obi-Wan captured my attention. The battles between clones and droids were exciting; the designs of the clones were sleek and robust, and the villains had mind-blowing powers. I found myself asking for countless Star Wars toys over the years; hence, I reenacted parts of the movies with my twin sister because I wanted to be like the characters: powerful like Anakin, loyal and heroic like Luke, and charming and cool like Han Solo. However, as I grew older, toys and reenactment of the movies became unnecessary. I still wanted to be like them, but as I came to understand Star Wars more; the layered stories and characters became extremely fulfilling for me.
