I would like to thank the entire team of the south valley health for adapting the new computer system. The goal for this updated system is to get a better communication between the patients and the doctors at the South Valley Clinic. Address the patient questions in detailed information. Start the email with the formal greeting and an introduction about the reason sending the email. Try to avoid long emails, highlight the main points and be concise while explaining patient problem. Explain the medication terms so that the patient knows what kind of prescription they are getting. Being clear and concise with the email will help exclude patient turbulence and concern.
I hope you all keep this tips in mind while writing an email to your patient. One of my good friend Michael Smith, a healthcare industry consultant is coming to our clinic to give a presentation about how to effectively and professionally communicate with the patients. I would like to invite all the staff members to attend the communication seminar next Friday, September 29 at 3pm in conference room 123. If you have any question regarding the upcoming seminar or will not be attending, please contact me at 257-854-9965 or email me at gpatel@svhealth.org.
Hope to see everyone at the seminar next week.
