Semi-structured interviewing is guided only in the sense that some form of interview guide, such as the matrix described below is prepared beforehand, and provides a framework for the interview. The majority of questions are created during the interview, allowing both the interviewer and the person being interviewed the flexibility to probe for details or discuss issues. Less intrusive to those being interviewed as the semi-structured interview encourages two-way communication. Those being interviewed can ask questions of the interviewer. Confirms what is already known but also provides the opportunity for learning. Often the information obtained from semi-structured interviews will provide not just answers, but the reasons for the answers. Interviewers can conduct a number of practice interviews with each other and/or with a few community members, to become familiar with the questions, and get feedback on their two-way communication skills.
The person was chosen. It's a girl, 18 -year-old. Her name is Rawan. She is suffering from Torn ligaments in the wrist area of the right hand two weeks ago while falling from the stairs. Was selected The Occupational Self-Assessment. It was best suited for use with Rawan, Because the client does not suffer from any mental or cognitive problems that hindered by understanding or comprehension skills, furthermore, it is client-centered, focus on occupational competence and occupations or performance. it makes the therapist get an understanding of the client's condition and develop the appropriate treatment plan and helps the therapist to know what is important and what the client wants to do. All these reasons support the use of OSA. (Baron, Kielhofner, Lyenger, Goldhammer & Wolenski, 2006). Before interview, I spent days to prepare questions list to be skilled during conversation.

The interview began at home, especially in the dining room. The environment there was very quiet and suitable that making the interview without any tension, there was no one else in the place except me and her, which enables her to speak comfortably and tranquility. We set opposite each other, which gave greater scope for understanding and talk in friendly way. I began to introduce myself, what is my name, where I study, what is my specialty and what is the purpose of this interview. Then explain to her what this assessment, what mean of categories: "extremely important", "important", 'somewhat important", "no important" and "not so important". (Baron et al., 2006). how helps to discover the issues on occupational competence or performance of the person, and how the test to perceive what is essential to you, how would you believe you're doing with every action in everyday and after that we will make goals for her. After the interview, three issues that are important to her and that she wants to overcome or adapt during the period of injury were summarized. The first issue is putting make up to herself, the splint on her hand prevent and make movement more complicated in hand and finger, also it hurts a lot. The doctor told her to stop using her hand much and after physiotherapy treatment courses she will feel better. This is considered hard to accept for her, because she is a Saudi –based makeup artist and a social media blogger and loves makeup very much. She had to stop filming videos resulting in shortage of subscribers. She states that her love for makeup is what gave her the drive to make it her career. The secondary, she is facing bigger issue in writing; cannot write by using the right hand, it is the place of injury. She is a student at the last year of her high school keen to get high grades that enable her to enter the university and to study the specialization that she wants, like any student in this stage feel anxious and afraid. She was always independent, self- contained and achieve self- completion, does not ask her family or friend to help in writing duties, she feels very embarrassed and not want to be a burden on others. The third issue is take care of herself. For example: bathing and washing hair and body. She try to change the way of this activates but is still needed help, take a lot of
