Samsung Electronic have a new motto “Inspire the World, Create the Future. The company has a plan of reaching $400 billion in revenue by the year of 2020. With that, that includes new technology, innovative products and creative solutions. Over the past couple years, the company has created products that have been new to the world of technology. As we all know of the Samsung Galaxy S7, a smartphone that has been in competition with the iPhone. Although the phone seemed to be very popular on its release date, it did come with complications such as catching on fire and exploding. Along with the S7, Samsung teamed up with a company called Oculus and created the Gear Virtual Reality headset. The headset resembles a pair of ski goggles and is used …show more content…
The smart refrigerator was designed to help consumers easily multitask in their kitchen whether it being looking up a recipe to, making a grocery list to even entertaining guest because of the access to streaming music via online. The smart refrigerator was an innovative way to gain success with people reviewing it as the “refrigerator of the future”. But to some, it is just looked at as a normal refrigerator with a tablet attached to the door. Some people may not look at a refrigerator like that and feel that it is necessary to have all these gadgets attached to it when they already them around their homes. Throughout the years, the products have been a major success even running up against Apple and other major brands out there. Although they believe in recreating some features that other brands may have, their products still become a major success whether it has flaws or not. The company continues to create new products that will eventually become wow factors to the world of technology. Whether products have flaws or not, it’s only realistic to test it out outside of a lab. Products need to be used by the customers that choose to buy the products. Realistically the customers are the true testers. And just because there has been recalls does not mean that Samsung will stop creating products. They would have to continue and create products that are more safe for the consumer’s use and maybe change the way the product is
