An incident happened to me when I was in a governmental hospital. I saw more than two students capturing babies when they took babies to the baby room. In this reflective journal, I will reflect on this situation.

I was in a very well known hospital, especially in the maternity ward. Exactly in 5th October 2017. I and my colleague were standing in the baby’s room after we attend C-section operation. One student was there in that room also doing the assessment for the newborn was for the mother we attend her C-section. This research used an ethnographic method to determine the extent to which health professionals had in fact upheld the philosophy of these documents. I realized that I should be more confident when I suppose to support patient’s right. I planned to remind people about patient’s need to be respected in case of maintaining privacy starting with my colleagues to hospital faculty. I would like to research and gather information about patient’s privacy and how it effects on him/her emotionally.
