She noticed that she could often get what she wanted if she was impolite and demanding. The supportive teaching move I implemented was holding her accountable for her actions. If she was disrespectful to me or another student I would ask her to think about her actions and how she could say something differently. Then I would ask her to make things right by apologizing. I think a more affective long-term supportive teaching move would be a deeper conversation about how our actions affect others. I wish I would have had more time to talk with her about these issues, and I hope my little talks with her helped somewhat long term. Overall, this project really helped me reflect on my impact on my LP and her impact on me. I learned so much about how to study students and their learning. This skill will be essential when I have my own classroom, and I truly appreciate this project for this
